The reservation of participant places is based on the order of registration and payment. CME is entitled to reject individual participants without stating reasons or to exclude them from further participation in seminars/training for important reasons.

Further registration conditions can be found in the descriptions for the respective curricula and seminars.

Cancellations and rebookings must be made in writing and are possible by email or post.

Registration is binding and results in the conclusion of a contract. In the event of withdrawal after registration, cancellation fees apply as follows:

• Free cancellations are possible within 14 days after registration (right of withdrawal), provided that the training does not begin as agreed within 14 days after registration.
• After signing the contract, 50% of the participation fee must be paid.
• In the event of cancellations within the period from 6 days before the start of the seminar up to the day of the seminar, or in the case of non-participation without cancellation, 100% of the seminar fee must be paid.

The above cancellation fees apply regardless of the reasons for cancellation. The date of receipt of the written cancellation by CME shall be decisive.

For distance selling contracts, the following applies: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of registration (corresponds to the conclusion of the contract).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Center of Mental Excellence GmbH, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

CME is entitled to cancel the seminar or curriculum in the event of an insufficient number of participants or for other compelling reasons. Participants will be informed immediately in such cases.

Seminar fees already paid will be offset against any units already used. Unused portions will be refunded proportionally or credited upon request.

Travel or accommodation costs will not be reimbursed.

CME reserves the right to make changes to content, duration, location, date, and price.

The seminars take place for the duration of the specified units of 45 minutes each. The stated seminar times must be observed by both the speakers and the participants.

The seminar fees are listed separately for each event. The stated fees include the costs for seminar materials as well as refreshments during breaks.

The full participation fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. A training place can only be confirmed after receipt of payment.

Discounts cannot be deducted. Partial payments are not provided for. There is no prorating of the participation fee.

In the event of late payment, reminder and collection fees as well as default interest of 12% will be charged. Place of jurisdiction and performance is Innsbruck.

Expenses for professional continuing education can be claimed for tax purposes. CME seminars are considered professional continuing education; invoices serve as proof for the tax office and accounting.

Certificates, completion confirmations, and diplomas are sent by post and/or electronically.

Prerequisites are full payment of the participation fee and fulfillment of the respective completion criteria.

The data protection declaration published on the CME website applies as agreed.
