Privacy Policy

Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with legal regulations (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). Use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data (such as name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis, wherever possible. In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contacting Us and Data Storage

If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent. The data collected will be used exclusively by our employees and forwarded internally to them. If you register with us for the purpose of attending a conference, training course, seminar, or course, we will process the data required for contract execution and – particularly in the case of funding agencies covering costs – the data required for this purpose in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. We do not process and store your data permanently, but only in accordance with the time limits prescribed by the applicable legal provisions, but in any case for as long as necessary for the purpose of implementing pre-contractual measures and the complete processing of (pre-/post-)contractual agreements between the data subjects and us (including the expiration of any warranty, guarantee, expiration, and limitation periods, as well as the legally binding termination of any official or judicial proceedings). We store data in a form that allows the identification of the data subject only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not wish this, you can set your browser to inform you about the use of cookies and only allow this on a case-by-case basis. Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Web Analysis

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent this by configuring your browser to prevent cookies from being saved. We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with the provider. Your IP address will be recorded but immediately pseudonymized. This means that only a rough localization is possible.

Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this, we require your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information about your areas of interest, date of birth, and zip code. You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following email address: office@ausbildungsportpsychologie.at. We will then immediately delete your data related to the newsletter dispatch.

Facebook

Our pages contain plug-ins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can recognize the Facebook plug-in by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button on our page. An overview of Facebook plug-ins can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plug-in. Facebook will then receive the information that you have visited our site using your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account.
We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. Further information can be found in Facebook's privacy policy at https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Facebook Visitor Action Pixel

Our website uses the "Visitor Action Pixel" from Facebook Inc., 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. This allows the behavior of users to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This process is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help optimize future advertising measures. The data collected is anonymous to us and therefore does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, allowing a connection to the respective user profile and allowing Facebook to use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook Data Use Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can allow Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook. Furthermore, a cookie may be stored on your computer for these purposes. If you are under 13 years of age, we ask you to ask your legal guardian for permission to use this site.

Twitter

Features of the Twitter service may be integrated into our website. These features are offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. By using Twitter and the "Retweet" function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. Data is also transmitted to Twitter. We would like to point out that, as the provider of these pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter. Further information can be found in Twitter's privacy policy (https://twitter.com/de/privacy). You can change your privacy settings on Twitter in your account settings (https://twitter.com/login?redirect_after_login=%2Faccount%2Fsettings).

Your rights

You generally have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection. You can contact us at any time at the address provided in the imprint if you have any questions about this or other issues relating to personal data.
