Thema: „It's not where you start – it's where you finish. Coaching und Selbstführung in Drucksituationen im Leistungssport“

GENERAL

The event has always been fully booked in recent years, so early registration is recommended: first come, first served. Participants in the workshops "What Olympic Athletes Really Need: Mindfulness, ACT & Social Meditation in High-Performance Settings" (September 15-18, 2025) will be given priority for admission to the Sports Psychology Day.

The Tyrolean Sports Psychology Day has been successfully held for over a decade and has established itself as a central platform for professional exchange in competitive sports. Participants will gain in-depth insights into the sports psychological support of top teams, complemented by practical workshops on coaching behavior, individual athlete support, and self-leadership in sports. Discussion groups and regular meetings also offer space for personal networking and the development of new collaborative projects between coaches and sports psychologists. Due to the consistently positive response, the event will be held again in 2025.
